As a Sponsor and/or Exhibitor at the Great Gathering, you will connect with Outdoor ministry leaders from multiple mainline Christian denominations as we come together again for the second OMC Great Gathering. This joint conference, last held in 2019, was so successful that we’re eagerly gathering again!
This Great Gathering event will welcome as many as 500 camp and conference professionals and leaders representing the Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Episcopalian, United Church of Christ, United Church of Canada, and other mainline denominations from across the United States and Canada as conference participants and the best and brightest sponsors and exhibitors serving the industry – making this an exceptionally unique opportunity to present your business or organization’s products and services!
The Great Gathering conference runs from November 9-13, 2025 at Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center in Lake Junaluska, North Carolina. The exhibit hall will be held on November 13, 2025. Exhibitors and sponsors are invited to participate in the full conference, or just the exhibit hall. Limited on-site housing is also available as a part of registration on a first come first serve basis for Exhibitors and Sponsors.
