As an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor of this event, you will connect with outdoor ministry leaders from across the United States and Canada as we come together again for the OMC Great Gathering. This joint conference was last held in 2019. It was such a success that we’re eagerly gathering again!

This Great Gathering event is projected to bring together 450-650 camp and conference leaders representing the Methodists, Presbyterians, Lutherans, Episcopalians, United Church of Christ, United Church of Canada, and other mainline denominations in the United States and Canada. This is a rare opportunity to present your business or organization’s products and services to the combined group of leaders at this event! 

The Great Gathering conference runs from November 9-13, 2025 at Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center in Lake Junaluska, North Carolina. The exhibit hall will be held on November 12, 2025.
