Airport shuttle Reservation
Thank you for your interest in Airport Bus Shuttles for the 2025 OMC Great Gathering.
Please fill out this form in total for yourself or your group of travelers. To register a group, they must be arriving and departing together on the same flight. Different travel arrangements required individual form submissions. Groups larger than 6 should complete an additional form.
Schedule
On arrival day, shuttles will pick up participants from the below listed airports, and deliver them to registration at Bethea Welcome Centre at Lake Junaluska, then transport participants and their bags to their accommodations on site. Stops will be made for Terrace Hotel, Lambuth Inn, Mountainview Lodge, and the Apartments. There will be a check in table at each airport.
On departure day, shuttles will pick up participants from their accommodation areas, and deliver them to their designated airports.
Note on Luggage
Upon arrival, you’ll bring your luggage to the shuttle check in table. Luggage will then remain on the bus all the way through conference registration time and they will be delivered to your housing at the end of registration.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Airport Shuttles, you must:
ARRIVAL · Sunday, November 9
All travelers flying to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) must arrive before 2:30 pm to meet the last shuttle at 3:30 pm. All travelers flying to Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) must arrive before 3:30 pm to meet the last shuttle at 4:30 pm.
DEPARTURE · Thursday, November 13
Airline departures from AVL should be scheduled no earlier than 11:00 am on Thursday, November 13. Those traveling through GSP should be scheduled no earlier than 11:30 am.
Costs
One-way: $40/traveller(USD)
Round-trip: $60/participant(USD)
Travelers 12 and under: Free
Note that refunds are not granted for those who sign up for the shuttle and then choose to take another means of transportation. Refunds may be granted for those who are not able to attend the event due to illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances.
